Welcome to the Circle of Compassionate Care

"A Broken Open Heart is an expanding heart, that can hold both our joy and sorrows "

Compassionate care is a relationship among equals, rich with respect, dignity and kindness.

Its a relationship that focuses on the power of presence and the comfort that compassion, deep listening and tender care can bring to every moment of our lives and to our capacity to live, love and let go.

Facing into death allows the heart of "what truly matters" to beat loud and clear. It's an opportunity to find wholeness in the midst of the changes brought on by illness and disease and it offers unexpected gifts to those involved in caregiving. It can be a time of transformation when old hurts and misunderstandings can receive the balm of kindness and reconciliation and love can bestow the light of peace upon those involved.

I offer you and your family skilled, steady and experienced guidance when your world feels like its unraveling. Together we can weave the threads of your emotions, concerns and hopes into the tapestry of dying - and honor the profound mystery of the dying time of life.

Together we can turn towards what is difficult and challenging during this transitional time so you can bring your presence to each moment, knowing that your care illuminates the situation and alleviates suffering.

I'd be honored to support you in creating space for grief, gratitude, sorrow and joy to emerge.

Our life includes a time of dying. It's a tapestry of beauty and struggle, surrender and mystery, fear and wonder, awe and surprise. Together we can meet the dying time of life with compassion, courage and sustained presence.
